Hatha Yoga

Aroma Yoga

Slow Yoga

Slow-moving yoga. You will typically practise half as many poses in a Slow Flow session as you would in a Flow class. The contemplative pace emphasises tranquilly and peace of mind as well as body. Instead of moving to each breath, we hold poses longer and take many rounds of breath in each pose.
